Taking A Good Look At Auburn Honda Dealers And How Well They're Doing

By John Harvey

It's easy to appreciate Auburn Honda area dealers and all that they accomplish when one looks at their strong sales and also considers just how much Honda has done to improve itself over the decades, even to the point of profiting in this tough economic downturn. Certainly, carmakers have been taking hard hits this year but Honda has managed to come through nicely, helped by Honda in the Auburn area.

As an example, consider that the well-known "Cash for Clunkers" program -- which just wrapped up a few months ago -- was mainly designed to benefit domestic American auto manufacturers. And even though Honda was not the intended target (though a number of its products are built right here), the company was still able to put its popular Civic in the top three of cars sold through the program.

Much of this success -- Honda also had another model within the top 10 -- can be credited to the fact that Honda has concentrated on delivering fine products that are backed up by an equally fine dealer network. Some of the best of them (the dealers) happen to be located in the Northern California area, and in particular in the Auburn area. A dealer there really seems to demonstrate commitment at all times.

Ever since the company introduced its Civic over 35 years ago, Honda has worked extremely hard to improve itself each year of its existence in this country. Not only has the car gotten better every year but so has the company and its dealer network. For example, the Honda Accord is number one or number two in sales every year for well over two decades now, part of which is due to the dealers themselves.

No vehicle by itself, no matter how outstanding it is built (and the Accord is particularly outstanding and has also built right here in this country) can do the job by itself. It has to be backed up by outstanding dealer sales and service networks. Fortunately, Honda has one of the best networks in the business and the dealership in Auburn and the surrounding area is one of the best itself.

Consider that Honda wins coveted awards every year from organizations that rate products and services for quality, customer service and also customer satisfaction. Honda has set down strict guidelines for service and satisfaction and every dealer in the network -- especially dealers in the Auburn area -- works mightily to reach and then exceed every single goal.

Perhaps this is looked at by the dealers as taking care of -- and growing -- a Honda family. For sure, whatever it is they're doing, from sales to service to satisfying the customer at every turn, is doing the trick. This is so even in the worst economic downturn in this country since the Great Depression. While other carmakers have faltered or even failed, Honda has survived and even thrived.

Much of the success of the dealership network -- and in particular an Auburn Honda dealership -- and the company itself is due to the efforts of the company and the dealership to create an environment where the cars they build continue to attract new customers while the customer service they engage in keep these people coming back and eager to be a continuing part of the Honda family. - 21396

A Guide To Driving For Learners

By John Robertson

Learning to drive can be stressful and it does not have to be, you can follow a few basic steps and be on your way to driving safely. Every new driver experiences both fear and excitement, with these steps, you will be driving in no time.

Every new experience requires a few different steps to get where you want to be. These are the steps you need to learn to drive: start by getting your learning permit from your state's BMV or DMV, you can use the state website, and you can practice in parking lots before you start driving on the road. Each of the following steps will help you get started driving on your own.

In order to start practicing driving you need to get a learner's permit from you local state BMV or DMV, which is the Bureau of Motor Vehicles or Department of Motor Vehicles. There are a number of locations that you can get this from; however, some states specify specific locations for those forms. Most often, you can find the website for your state through a search engine, any search engine.

The BMV/DMV website usually provides you with information on your local state laws, locations, and the study guide that you can get from the office. This guide is important to study because even the most experienced drivers can have trouble with the written test, as not all the answers are obvious. Some states let you take the written test free until you pass it, check with your site to find out if this is the case.

Empty parking lots are the best place to start practicing driving. Busy cities can be hard to find an empty parking lot during the day; however, if you wait until night you can also practice your nighttime driving. Additionally, many areas have free parking lots during the weekends or over holidays. Parking lots give plenty of room to practice using the gas and brakes during turning and driving.

When you are ready to take your very first drive on the road, with the other cars, do your safety checks and remember that you will need to try to relax. To begin, stay on the roads that are only 35 miles per hour, and avoid high traffic areas where stress will increase. Avoid the highways until you are comfortable driving in city areas.

Finally, after months of driving, you will be ready to take the driving test and get your license. When you take the test, remember that there are at least two parts to the test - the driving test and the written test.

Learn to drive with practice and you will find that driving safely is easy. A few steps and a few months of practice will help you get on the road, moving towards where you need, and want to be. Get your permit, get a driver to go with you, and start learning to drive. - 21396

Why Should You Use Online Videos to Promote Your Car Dealership?

By John Harvey

Online videos are a great way to promote your products, services and even sales people. Still many car dealers have either never heard of video search engine optimization or if they do, don't know how to do it.

A few companies do a wonderful job implementing video search engine optimization (VSEO) for car dealerships in the United States, increasing the visibility of their services and car inventory. Video search engine optimization can actually be called today's number one most powerful internet marketing tool.

Think about it. Would you rather read about a car dealer or a used car dealership or would you rather see a video testimonial of a current customer? Video can help you so much with you car business. You can show potential customers videos about your inventory, your present sale force in action, events at your dealership, introduce them to you dealership or like state above show them some video testimonials.

By watching your videos, a potential customer could learn about your sales people, look at some of your inventory and gain a first impression of your dealership, all within a few minutes.

And while this thought might be scary at first, because you put yourself out, most car dealers understand the incredible opportunity. We have seen very creative, informative and sometimes even humorous car videos.

A good video presentation will offers not just a great service to your potential customers, it will also give you the opportunity to get traffic from sources that you haven't tapped into until now. Video engines have an enormous amount of visitors and if your video is successful, you will be able to redirect some of that traffic straight to your website.

With the right support you will get results that your own domains and car dealer websites could never obtain on their own.

Read more about VSEO and the opportunities it presents. This field is still wide open, but because many car dealers are catching on to this powerful marketing strategy, it's just a matter of time until there are so many car videos out there that it will become difficult to rank highly in the search engines and video engines. - 21396

Bad Credit Car Loans For Dummies!!

By Frank A. Williams Jr.

Ok let me give you some advice on getting the best bang for your buck when applying for a bad credit auto loan.

Before shopping for auto loans, start out by running your credit history. Be certain that all reported items on your credit report are true and accurate. It could be that certain information has been reported by mistake, and that your credit history is a lot stronger than you may have been led to think. If these mistakes are not removed, you could find that not only will your loan be more costly, but it will affect the type of lender you are placed with, which can affect alot of aspects of the loan.

One thing you should take notice of when checking your credit is your actual credit FICO score. For a long time seeing a credit score was considered privileged information for lenders to see only. Now with the many credit reporting services available online, the average consumer can see their credit score by simply ordering that type of credit report. Usually a lenders goes by one of the 3 credit bureaus' credit scores. Those credit bureaus are Trans Union, Equifax and Experian. It really is important to know if you have good or bad credit, this way you know what to expect when dealing with a dealer, and knowing exactly where you stand for your auto loan.

One thing you should make sure of is that you should never depend on just the car dealer. Dealers make money on practically every car loan they help produce. In the long run, any loan you would get through the car dealer with a finance company or bank would wind up being more expensive, than if you shopped around for an auto loan yourself. The best way is to secure a bad credit car loan before you start shopping at the dealerships, if possible!

The first thing to look for is the best and lowest interest rate. This usually differs from one lender to the next. Credit unions can also be a great source for auto loans. Years back, credit unions only offered auto loans for people with good credit, now we are starting to see many credit unions offering auto financing for people with bad credit as well.

But don't get me wrong, alot of car dealerships have very competitive finance departments that deal with numerous auto loan lenders and and can usually get you a pretty good deal if you are a good negotiator. What you are paying for when going to the dealership for the auto loan is convenience. Shopping around for a good interest rate with different banks can be very time consuming. Sometimes just finding a bank that deals with bad credit can be hard enough. Usually dealerships can have a better chance at getting you approved for an auto loan because of the close relationships they maintain with the lenders. So do your research and figure out which method of obtaining a car loan is best for your situation! Good Luck! - 21396
