It's easy to appreciate Auburn Honda area dealers and all that they accomplish when one looks at their strong sales and also considers just how much Honda has done to improve itself over the decades, even to the point of profiting in this tough economic downturn. Consider that Honda wins coveted awards every year from organizations that rate products and services for quality, customer service and also customer satisfaction. Honda has set down strict guidelines for service and satisfaction and every dealer in the network -- especially dealers in the Auburn area -- works mightily to reach and then exceed every single goal.

Perhaps this is looked at by the dealers as taking care of -- and growing -- a Honda family. For sure, whatever it is they're doing, from sales to service to satisfying the customer at every turn, is doing the trick. This is so even in the worst economic downturn in this country since the Great Depression. While other carmakers have faltered or even failed, Honda has survived and even thrived.
