Is Anyone Out There the Next Dale Earnhardt?
Everybody loves a hero. NASCAR racing fans wait forthe next Dale Earnhardt Sr. But he really was one of a kind. His death 8 years ago was a tragedy for his family and fans. Fans want another Dale Sr. But that is not gonna happen. There are a few drivers who have been compared with Dale Earnhardt Sr.. But who can measure up to the seven-time Winston Cup champion?
Dale Jr. Of course Naturally NASCAR racing fans will compare him with his father. They have the same name. They sound the same with that smooth southern accent. But it was fairly clear quite early on in his career that he is neither as reckless nor as aggressive as his father at his peak. Dale Jr. does not generally create trouble for his opponents on the track unless they dog him relentlessly.
Kevin Harvick moved into Earnhardt Sr.'s position with Richard Childress Racing. They changed the number to 29 and altered the colors of the famous number 3 car to mostly white. Harvick is both aggressive and controversial. Harvick is a businessman. He has his own identity. NASCAR racing fans notice. there Early in his career he showed a tendency to irritate his competition. He never hesitates to take his complaints public. In addition, Tony Stewart is an entrepreneur. He runs his own race track in Eldora. Stewart owns several race teams in Sprint and the World of Outlaws. Recently He became owner-driver of Stewart Haas Racing, he captured a lot of attention and a raised a lot of skepticism and even a little hope.
Nonetheless, at the end of the day you look again and not one of these drivers will ever be the grand Intimidator, Dale Earnhardt. Just one driver is starting to faintly remind me of Earnhardt .
